This was a family participation race. I did the 15K - Suffered, never got the good groove going. Had a couple of terrible miles on the 4th and 5th mile. Managed to get on Sheridan and get it going a bit and finished 15th overall - 2nd age group. 1:02:31 - 6: 43 ave. Puked at the finish so there couldn't have been much more today. How embarrassing.
Jen, Noah and Abbi did the 5K. They all did great - Abbi taking top family honor with 3rd female - 34th overall - 7:22 pace, Noah 39th @ 7:26, and Jen 48th @ 7:43 pace. Pretty good out of 273 finishers.
Darin, Brian, Paul kicked butt in the 5K - getting 2nd, 4th and 8th respectively.
Time to concentrate on the Cross season...and a few hunting excursions...season starts this Saturday. Noah gets to go for first time.
