Vets Day 09

Veteran's day offers State and Federal employees the day off in recognition of the Veterans who have served and sacrificed for this great nation. Thank you Veterans.

I'm thankful we live in a country that allows us a certain amount of freedom to indulge in ones extracurricular activities without fear or repression.

Paul, Ken and I took advantage of the beautiful fall day by riding out to Wagon train via the Jamaica to Stagecoach road and over to the lake. Did a lap on the trails...they are in great shape. Stopped in Hickman for refreshments, a cookie and a slice of pizza for me. I'm a sucker for a slice on a long ride. Took the diagonal on the way back from Hickman, jogging over to Roca, then the Jamaica on the way back.

When we got back on the Jamaica we caught up with Jessie P and Kevin W. We jumped into Wilderness and we ran into CVO back from Cali by way of Mexico. Good to see him and seemed somewhat fitting that we would run into him out there. Wilderness was in great shape. Fast.

Thumbs up! on Wilderness and good day for sure.

Gotcha
