Got up reluctantly this morning after ringing the new year a bit too hard last night. Still, weather was good and we had a group of other die-hards as well. DK, PC, JR, MW, MG, TK, MT, JB, Big and Tall, Who else - anyone?...My phone died today so my pictures didn't save. Bummer. WE rolled out West A on gravel, to Milford grabbed a soda and slice of Pizza and rolled back VanDorn then A street....50 miler...I'd say a pretty good start to the new year.
And the Huskers just won the Gator bowl...real good start to the new year.
This is a pic from rolling the Jamaica last Sunday. The Jamaica/ homestead trail offers great SW wind protection making it a little easier for battling the cold windchill of Winter.
Possibly 9:00 am ride from D street Saturday. Stay posted.
