Yes Man

For my sons birthday we went and saw Yes Man with Jim Carrey who plays Carl. If Jim were to have a doppleganger, it would be my buddy Doug Lee. Can't help but watch a movie with Carrey in it and see Doug.

P street Bridge - part of the Antelope Creek Valley project. It's starting to take shape down there. Doug is working on the Antelope Valley Project...

The gist of the Movie has Carl attending a motivational seminar taking a vow to say Yes to all opportunities that present themselves. It becomes a life changing experience...including meeting a new girl named Allison whom he falls head over heels. Allison is really a renaissance girl...she is in a band and teaches a running photography class. Pretty funny, people running and trying to snap pictures at the same time. I liked the idea, but hadn't yet figured out a way to bring my phone camera along until today.

My running group has been hitting these new trails down along the creek development during our lunch runs. A little up and down is welcome.

Found my way over to Oak Lake...Lonely place today.

My Michael Forsberg wildlife shot. OK so a telephoto lens on the camera..not so good.

Jamaica Trail...

Today is my long run day of the week. Woke to tired legs after Yesterday long ride. Pulled on long sleeve technical shirt and short sleeve on top that has a small pocket back to carry gel packs...and wouldn't you know it...the phone fit perfect. So I took it along for some running photography. Harder than it sounds.

Now to try and ride too.
