I just baffles me to no end why anyone would think that running another oil pipeline through one of Nebraska's natural resources is a good idea. Do you know what that water is potentially worth?
I know...the odds of anything going wrong, i.e. oil leak is and gross contamination very minimal.
Ask the folks in Japan or Chernobyl if they think the risk is worth it...better yet, ask the folks off the Gulf coast if the risk to your natural resource is worth it...
