I love the Sun and am convinced it's good for you in moderation - but maybe I'm more in love with the heat the sun provides. Anyway I'm paying the price now for indiscretions with the sun in my youth with some sun damage to my ears. The Dermatologist has me putting some medicine on my ears to get the bad cells to slough off. They hurt.
Remember your sun screen as we warm up and the sun gets closer.
