This was in Velonews today. Armstrong did a Local TT in Texas. 16.6 mile solo and then he did a two man TT job also. He won the solo and he and his partner won the two up TT.
Go figure....I'd say after doing some math he's on pretty good form...wouldn't you?

Yep, that's pretty fast. ok, 30mph is really fast! I guess it's only 3 months before his first real test.

I did 30 once. I had a tailwind.
