Did the Flatwater Twilight MTB race at Branched Oak lake area 7 last night. Thanks Flatwater cycling club. Was Hot. Had been a while since I did a MTB race, forgot how hard they are. Coupled with the fact this course has a lot of twisting and turning which equates to a lot of on and off out of corners. Plus a deceptive amount of climbing. Was good. Tired and sore today.
